休日、ニアミス?!

Holiday, near miss? !

On my day off, I participated in a Nordic walking session hosted by a fitness club. Walking while using two poles reduces the burden on the lower body and is said to increase energy consumption compared to normal walking. On this day, we were blessed with good weather and walked along the river near the tea specialty store Dimbula . It was my first experience, so I wasn't able to use the poles well, but I was able to walk comfortably and wanted to step into the world of Nordic walking. Look for this sign and flag We are waiting for you to visit us When I walked down the road just below Dimbra in a line like the scenery of elementary school students going to school (I never expected to pass in front of the store!), I was somewhat embarrassed and trotted. Not just for Nordic walking, next time I walk, I want to take a break with Dimbra's delicious tea and have an even more enjoyable holiday. Spring is still a little bit ahead, but when you take a walk around Fujisawa or Kamakura, please recharge your energy with Dimbura tea and food.
