A new taste for ginger tea
It's cold again today.
I'm leaving for Tokyo now.
The temperature in Tokyo is 2 degrees C lower than in Fujisawa.
Also, there are a lot of people, so be careful not to catch a cold.
As many of you know, I drink ginger and honey tea every day, and it's great this time of year.
But if you get a little tired of the taste, try adding a little black pepper.
This tastes like nothing. . . . .
For colds, 10 to 20 ml once every 30 minutes is fine, so it's effective to drink a little to quench your throat. Take your afternoon tea straight or lemon tea with you, especially on trains, in crowds, at work or in meetings.
However, milk tea is less effective, so we recommend tea without milk to prevent colds.
I also go out with a bottle of lemon tea.
