Due to the approaching typhoon, it rained and stopped, and it was a very hot and humid day.
I hope it doesn't make a big difference... .
This morning, I received a lot of fine sudachi from a customer in Tokushima.
Speaking of sudachi, it is perfect for seasonal saury now, but Dimbula is a tea specialty store, so I made sudachi tea .
~How to make~
Put 2 light teaspoons of candy and 2 or 3 sudachi peels in a hot teapot , pour 350cc of water just before boiling, and steam for 3 minutes.
Place a round slice of sudachi in the cup for decoration and pour the steamed black tea into it.
In an iced tea glass, add 30cc of sudachi juice, 20cc of syrup, a little plum wine if you have it, and an appropriate amount of ice.
Pour 100cc of iced tea into the candies twice.
The refreshing aroma of sudachi fills your mouth, and I think it goes very well with manju buns and refreshing fruit sweets.
The iced tea was especially popular with the staff, myself included. .
If you have leftover sudachi at home, please try it! !
