Thank you for the seminar at Kyoto Melange
Melange 23rd Anniversary Mr. Matsumiya Typhoon No. 12 from last weekend caused great damage to Shikoku and Kinki. I will also go to Kyoto by Shinkansen from Friday evening. It was raining heavily on the way, but when we arrived in Kyoto, there was almost no rain, and I was relieved. When I was watching TV at the hotel, I was worried about the landing in Shikoku on Saturday, and the "Melange 23rd Anniversary Seminar" scheduled for Saturday. . . . On the day of the event, Mr. Matsumiya, the cheese expert, and the patissier's creative cheese dishes were served for brunch, paired with 6 types of Chinese tea, black tea, and herbs. . (It was delicious.) ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ Everyone seems worried because the typhoon is still around. . My seminar starts at 3pm. . What will happen? Even so, the venue was packed with customers not only from Kyushu, Osaka, Shiga, and Nagoya, but also from all over Kyoto, who braved the typhoon to participate. . . happy! We talked mainly about Sri Lankan tea, tailors, and Lipton. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A customer that Mr. Matsumiya of melange has been making for 23 years. I like Mr. Matsumiya. Tea is wonderful because people drink it! I would like to continue to support Mr. Matsumiya, who is brewing it and continuing to convey it. . . .
