"Tea Food Research Department" V-Class History and Culture of Chinese Tea~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is the V-class of the "Tea Food Research School" that started today. We became 19 people. There are also two men. Although it was the first day, there were 25 audience members, including many students. . Over the next year, I will study food culture, beverages, and of course tea, from a wide range of perspectives. The first session was an introduction to the history of Chinese black tea, production areas, and product studies. There is also a tea tour in Fujian from April 8th, and I visited Seiwa tea appraisal.
