Ruhuna Kingdom
I've been writing a manuscript recently and tried to find out more about the tea RUHNA. With the help of Mr. Ranjit, I learned new facts one after another. It is well known that Ruhuna does not exist as a place name, but the name of the kingdom before Christ and the territory of that kingdom were found on the map.
Currently, SABARAGAMUWA and SOUTHERN PRIVINCE are Ruhuna on the map, but Nuwara Eliya and Uva districts are also included in the place where the kingdom used to be. In any case, it is here that Ruhuna remains as the brand name of tea. Mr. Ranjit, I have been working hard on studying history these past few days. Thank you~~
