So we serve a tea cocktail of plum wine and shochu. Today, I made a special cocktail with 6 types of jams sold at Motherleaf....it was very popular! ～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ 
At the tea seminar, I commented on today's "Asahi Shimbun GLOBE" article and my comment... "Tea is a simple dish." (Takeshi Isobuchi) These are the words that came together during the long interview. The future of black tea, how black tea should be used in our daily lives, how black tea is used from production to ingredients, its diversification, and the evolution of how to drink black tea. .
