Mother Leaf spring menu start♪

Freshly picked black tea and waffle shop "Mother Leaf " produced by Isobuchi has started a spring menu.

At Mother Leaf, we change our lunch menu, waffles, sweets, drinks, etc. according to the season.

My spring menu recommendation for lunch is crispy shrimp and avocado potato salad.

Plenty of green salad, freshly fried shrimp and avocado potatoes, sweet chili sauce and lemon for a refreshing feeling perfect for spring.

We also recommend the Spring Cabbage Carbonara, which is made by sautéing fresh bacon and combining it with seasonal spring cabbage.

This lunch set comes with freshly baked waffles with tea syrup (a syrup made from black tea) and black tea.

The strawberry waffle , which is the most popular item in the waffle menu this season, is popular at afternoon tea time.

Freshly baked crispy waffles are garnished with fresh strawberries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and strawberry slices.

On the drink menu , we recommend strawberry tea made by steaming fresh strawberries with tea leaves in a pot and strawberry milk tea.

Mother Leaf currently has 19 stores nationwide, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south.

In Tokyo, we have our first store in Higashiginza, Aoyama Oval Building store, Sengawa station square store, and Hachioji now store.
