ディンブラのオリジナルマサラ・・・手作りです

Dimbula's original masala - handmade

Black Pepper arrived last week! I never thought that fresh black pepper would be so popular. Surprisingly, 10 kg of black pepper sold out in just over a month, so I asked Mr. Ranjit to hurriedly arrange freshly made black pepper just like last time, and it arrived last weekend. . . . I also love it, but I enjoy it with a clear ceramic cutter mill for salads, cheese, meat, fish dishes, and even tofu. It has the best aroma, spiciness and sweet taste. At Dimbula, we originally make our original spice mix (masala) by hand. Five kinds of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves are blended and used in many menus such as chai, curry soup, and salad. It is also sold as a product and is very popular. All these spices are sent directly from Sri Lanka. Mr. Ranjit is the selection, and he can harvest black pepper in his own garden, but the amount is small. It is said that there is only the amount that they use. “Similar to tea, spices are not delicious unless they are fresh!” says Mr. Ranjit. Fresh Sri Lankan tea, Darjeeling, Jeongpana DJ1, Black Pepper and Dimbra are all fresh. new black pepperCeramic mills are also popularSpice Smasher・Made in Sri Lankaspicesoriginal masala
