You know "James Taylor". I always have this photo in my room. Dimbula has a lunch set called "Taylor's Lunch". This is the menu I made. From Kandy to Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka becomes a highland, and root vegetables (potatoes, carrots, turnips, etc.) are very delicious. As for the potatoes, they are really excellent! This Tailor's Lunch features coarsely mashed potatoes, seasoned with spiced minced meat, masala, herb salt and topped with hot scrambled eggs. To finish, enjoy with our special tomato sauce. . . . It has an exotic taste and aroma, but is reminiscent of the pioneers who somehow recall Scottish and Irish potato dishes. Of course it comes with freshly baked waffles, mini salad, and fresh tea. . . .
