Toshiki Horie, the owner of the tea specialty store Musica in Osaka, established the Tea Communication Network this spring, aiming to popularize the enjoyment of drinking tea (black tea, green tea, Chinese tea, etc.). A list of 70 affiliated stores centering on tea was created .
The conditions for participating in the Tea Communication Network are very simple: use a teapot and tea leaves. Chai can be served in a cup or in a tea bag.
Anyway, anyone who loves tea can participate, thinking about the customer's sake and serving it carefully and deliciously.
Tea can be drunk by small children to the elderly, and their tastes vary.
I believe that tea that satisfies the customer's taste is the most delicious.
Many tea shops have opened all over Japan, and I was added to the list because I wanted to expand the circle so that families could enjoy tea.
