A weekend in spring... fresh tea is delicious
It's finally spring-like temperature.
Even so, the cold days continued.
I will go to Fukuoka in the afternoon for a seminar.

I had morning tea at Dimbula and saw the new leaves of cherry blossoms in the park.
The yellow-green leaves look soft, and I thought it would be delicious with sakuramochi.
DJ1 from the Darjeeling Jhumpana tea estate in Dimbula now, and our new Sri Lankan tea that went on sale last month, especially Nuwara Eliya, goes very well with sakuramochi and kashiwamochi.
It's true!
Dimbula also has Ogura waffles , which are prepared to match this tea. . . .
