Seminar/Information "History and Future of British Tea" British life and culture traced through black tea～～～～～～～～～～～～～～ Three and a half centuries have passed since the British first learned about black tea. Why did England long for black tea, fascinate it, and pursue it to this day? How will British tea life change and evolve into the future? I will think about the future of tea while introducing the story of Mr. Twining, the 10th generation who interviewed me in June this year.
