Sri Lankan tea trip・・・No.4

Shrimp is something you eat a lot in Sri Lanka! Actually, my favorite food is shrimp, but I can't eat it easily in Japan. This is because imported prawns use weak antibiotics for convenience of transportation, and the antibiotics become the source of allergies and cause dyspnea and dyspnea. (Although it is mild) ... That's why I can't eat frozen shrimp. I like the body of shrimp, but I found out that medicine is not good. . . In Japan, sweet shrimp, spiny lobster, and prawns swimming in a tank are OK, but they are expensive! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sri Lanka is rich in shrimp from the Indian Ocean. Just in case, we ask hotels and restaurants to serve shrimp. . . . Fresh, sweet, delicious, delicious! Everyone is a little surprised because one person eats dozens of them, but for me, shrimp is my favorite thing in the sea, so it's the day when I'm on tour in Sri Lanka! I will eat Chinese food on the last day, but the shrimp chilli here is outstanding! I'm a little embarrassed to say how many I ate, but I was embarrassed. Mr. Ranjit, who was watching, said, "Let's order another dish." . . Really good guy! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Look at the pineapple salad at the end. This is the first person. Everyone got this, and they all ate it up, saying, "Wow, that's a lot!" And in no time! It was delicious--I'm thinking of recreating this pineapple salad for Sunday tea time on the 21st.ーーLook forward to itーーTea time at rest houseShrimp fritters...so delicious!Delicious and very quietThis is a single serving...a splendid pineapple salad
