cool! sri lanka tea On the 4th of July, on National Highway 1 towards Kandy, there is a rest house that I always stop by. This is a road built by the British to transport tea to the port, and has undergone new construction using steam-powered rollers and automobiles. Opportunities from that era are on display along the way. ~~~ It's tea time at the rest house. Unlike last year, it has been beautifully renovated (like a cafe) and still retains the Dutch architectural style, but I feel a little lonely. The waiter who brought the tea was also out of this dress, um, Sri Lankan style. This is also lonely ... but it is popular with women and offers a lot of smiles and poses. Furthermore, they cooked the curry hoppers that are still served at breakfast, and had tea time while eating them. . Service is very good. I left completely satisfied with the smiles and good-looking waiter service. . The payment is about 30% higher than last year... Sri Lanka is changing... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I will be appearing on NHKBS1 "Hot @ Asia" from this evening. . . . . . . . Broadcast starts at 5pm
