I just returned from Sri Lanka. I would like to report on the state of the tour that stopped on the way. Although there are some overlaps with Isobuchi's blog, I would like to interweave Iguchi's perspective. On the 4th day, we left Kandy and headed for Nuwara Eliya while visiting schools and having tea time. When we arrived at the school, the children immediately greeted us and gave each of us a hand-made bouquet of flowers. A heartwarming surprise. I made pressed flowers and brought them back to Japan. Tea time at the Love Kelly Tea Center. Accompanying the tea is a chocolate cake familiar to Dimbura. Fluffy, light and delicious~♪ The person who made the cake is this woman. Everything seems to be Isobuchi's Sri Lankan girlfriend...I wonder if it was Christie... Arrive in Nuwara Eliya. It's Sri Lanka, but it's not Sri Lanka... The townscape has a British atmosphere. It is a summer resort like Karuizawa in Japan. The second tea time at the hill club in the photo. Originally used as a members-only club for the Tea Plantation Association, it is now a hotel where guests can stay. The tea brewed by someone else is the best~ Thank you for the meal!
