We arrived on the 13th and moved to Kandy the next day. Go to the tea factory in Kandy,
I started by seeing and feeling it first. At the resting place (Ambepussa) on the way, we first drank candy tea, and everyone focused on this egg hopper.
It's made from rice flour and baked in a round loaf with a thin crispy crust on the outside and an egg in the middle. I put curry on this and eat it. It smells good, and it's freshly made. The temperature is comfortable at 24-25 degrees C.
