Sri Lanka Report・・・No.6 (Final)

Sri Lanka Report No.6 (Final) Tailor's Museum It rained and stopped, and the tea pickers were soaking wet. Even though I wrapped my body in vinyl, it was still cold. Wet tea leaves are shining in the weighing area. We were treated to tea at the factory manager's bungalow. The factory manager himself brews tea. . Sandwiches, bananas, cookies, tea with milk... Warm and delicious! A little while ago, the tea pickers were also taking a break under the tree while being served hot tea. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Back in Kandy, we visited the James Taylor Museum. . It's difficult to take your time on a tour, but after a long time, I've been slowly getting to know the tailor. This kid's plate that Taylor brought from Scotland, I've seen it in my hand a few decades ago when I still met the tea garden of Luracondera. The plate was cracked and chipped, but the pattern was surprisingly clear and not faded. You can tell that Taylor took great care of it. I can't speak to Taylor now, but I had the illusion that he could come out of the shadows and immediately shake his hand. I have never met you, but I know you very well. The village of Auchenbrew in Scotland where I was born, the house where I was born and raised, the church where I was a school. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is the hotel where we stayed on our last day. It was newly renovated and was very clean. It's a symbolic hotel in Galle, where I've been for 35 years. The next one will be in July next year. I would like to enjoy the tea garden, tailoring, fruits, shopping, and parties with many people.
