New Potato & Black Tea

This morning, I received new potatoes from an acquaintance in Gunma Prefecture.

I'm a big potato lover, so I used freshly dug potatoes.

Nikujaga, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, jacket potatoes, tempura, salad, any way you cook it, it's delicious.

In addition, potatoes go very well with tea.

British fish and chips, jacket potatoes, boiled potatoes, and potato chips all pair perfectly with Tea With Milk.

In 1840, there was a potato famine in Ireland, and the amount of tea consumed per capita in Ireland, where potatoes were the staple food, ranks first in the world.

After all, I want to enjoy this new potato fried with tea, no, beer.
