New scone very popular, perfect for Darjeeling
The Sunday tea time just ended, and it was full with about 40 participants.
I lost a large tea antique almost a month after the Cutty Sark fire.
The theme was the transition between Chinese tea, Assam tea and British tea, centering on the story of such a tea clipper.
Tea time is a new adzuki scone and a second flush of Darjeeling .
And then there is Inarizushi .
This is a gem that I came in at 6:00 in the morning and started with the seasoning of fried tofu.
I put fennel, apples and raisins in vinegared rice. This goes really well with the Ruhuna tea I served later. .
The deep-fried tofu has a slight scent of cinnamon. I received it very much. . . . .
The new scones are also very popular, Mr. Iguchi in the photo,
"I want to buy it if it's left unsold"
And it's popular with the staff. We will always be selling in the store from now on. Please try it.
The next Sunday tea time is August 19th. We look forward to.
