Sunday Tea Time Thank you very much! 
It's a full customer in the rain. . From Kansai, from Chiba, Tokyo, Saitama,,,. Thank you! I made "Chicken Patri" from 6:30 this morning. It is a famous dish of Assam. I actually use fish from the Brahmaputra River. A dish that is baked with plenty of the specialty mustard sauce. Today I served chicken and potatoes together with mustard (special). 
"It's delicious~" "It's not spicy even with so much mustard." Tea goes well with this! First we tasted Singpo tea, then DJ 1 from Jeongpana Tea Garden, and finally this weekend's new teas, Tailor's Tea and Nuwara Eliya. . .
