Golden week starts!
Dimbura will be open on the 4th (Tuesday)! Fujisawa has been sunny since a while ago. In the morning, it was raining lightly and the wind was strong. I went to Sapporo from Tuesday to yesterday. We held a two-day seminar at a Hokkaido Gas cooking class. It is said that Sapporo is warm this time of year, but it was below 10 degrees both days, and it was 2 degrees colder at night. What's more, yesterday morning it rained with snow, which surprised the people of Hokkaido. A lot of people participated in the seminar, and despite the bad weather, it was full. The book was sold out, and I received so many purchases that I had to sign it later and send it to you. Of course, the food was delicious, and I really like Hokkaido. . . .
