The third tea seminar at the Maizuru factory
This year was the third time.
Tea seminar at Kirin Beverage Maizuru Factory's 16th festival.
At 10:00 in the morning, many people were already waiting at the entrance of the venue.
This was the third tea seminar, and nearly 40 people, including elementary and junior high school students, attended the event. Some people said it was the second time since last year.
We practiced how to make arranged tea using afternoon tea, and mixed sparkling lemon tea using fruits and NUDA, milk tea with twice the tea leaves, and just a little (20ml) of fire black coffee. I enjoyed the things that enhanced the scent.
Of course, we will also demonstrate homemade iced tea made by professionals, and we are enthusiastic about opening a home cafe with iced tea this summer. . . .
What impressed me the most was that the children were very interested.
They seemed to realize that it wasn't just that it was delicious, but that when they served their own tea that had been slightly modified, they would be very happy with their faces. . .
I will go to the tea seminar again
