Yesterday, Mr. Kamal from India (on the far left in the photo) came to visit us, and we had a leisurely exchange of information for the first time in a while. I have known Mr. Kamal for 15 years since he traveled to Assam in his book "Kin no bud" (Kadokawa Shoten). I am relieved to hear that they will escort me in Darjeeling for my Indian tour (Assam and Darjeeling) starting on the 4th of next month. I called Mr. Shantine, the owner of Junpana tea garden, and asked him to prepare. I had some time in Kolkata, and I was thinking of visiting the Tea Auction during that time. . The tea industry is also evolving not only for the market, but also for tea farms, factories, distribution and the future. . . I can't wait to see what I can see on this tour of India!
