Otterton 's Mill The mill is called MILL. The factory used river water to turn a water wheel, which was used to power the mill.

Here, we really use this water wheel to grind the flour twice a week. Bread and scones are made with that flour! Visitors can also eat freshly made scones here . 
The factory also has a garden... The smell of baking bread and scones is irresistible!
