Afternoon Tea Seminar and Party
This week, I held an afternoon tea seminar on Wednesday for the first time in two and a half years at the atelier (Kameino, Fujisawa City) of Ms. Mako Nishikawa, an acquaintance of 20 years and a table coordinator and cooking researcher .
24 customers came from far away from Tokyo, Shizuoka, etc. I was moved by the reunion after a long time, including a nostalgic student whom I met for the first time in 5 years and a customer who came to the Dimbula store in Kamakura.
What is amazing is Mr. Nishikawa's table setting.
Antique wear, silverware, tea stands, and other wonderful items were generously used and set.
Finger sandwiches, scones, cakes and teas are also traditional.
It was the meeting place for afternoon tea in the 19th century. . . .
From May 22nd, Isobuchi's Tea Class for Beginners will begin .
Why don't you take this opportunity to learn about the fun of tea, such as its history, culture, tea makeup, and variations? .
You can still apply.
