I play tennis on Sunday mornings. It's fixed at 1.5 hours, so it's not that hard.
However, I found that the reason why I felt a little tired was the air conditioning and the wind from the fan when I was sleeping.
So, a few days ago, everything stopped.
The drowsiness when I wake up in the morning is heading towards elimination.
A cup of sweet milk tea will give you a boost of energy after a sweaty game of tennis.
