Mikan, black tea, and plum wine or white wine
Autumn weather is the best.
Thank you so much for all the customers every day.
The air is dry and tea is very delicious.
Yesterday, I received a lot of oranges from an acquaintance.
Sweet but very delicious. I ate 4-5 at once.
And this mandarin orange actually has a variation with even more delicious black tea.
Here are two recipes. . . . .
1) Plum wine & mandarin orange cocktail
Squeeze 1 tangerine into a glass and add juice (30ml)
Add 30-40ml of plum wine.
Mix 10-20ml of syrup or 10g of sugar, if desired, and pour in 120ml of Uva or Dimbula tea.
2) White wine & mandarin orange cocktail
Squeeze 1 mandarin orange into a glass and add it to the glass (30ml)
Add 10-20ml of syrup and mix.
Add 6-7 ice cubes.
Pour about 120ml of iced tea over the top.
Finally, pour 30-40 ml of white wine.
Mix and drink when drinking. . . . . .
*Ice tea at this time is OK with "Gogo no Kocha straight tea"
It's so delicious that you want to make your home a shop. Be careful not to drink too much as it is very palatable. . . . . . . .
Well, I have finally completed a book on the theme of "tea that evolves towards the future" that introduces many recipes like this.
The title is "Tea Blend", the only tea in the world, the evolving tea.
The release date is mid-December .
