Chai Tea Seminar at Agata no Mori, Matsumoto City
Even so, it's colder than yesterday and today.
There might be a lot of people who can't get out of the futon yet,, it's that kind of Sunday.
But the weather is fine.
I wonder if it's pollen I'm also sneezing a little.
Yesterday, I gave a lecture on black tea at Agata no Mori Community Center in Matsumoto City.
Over 100 people came in the cold.
Mr. Iino from Matsumoto City, who graduated from the Tea Research Course, gathered people from the tea and chorus club that had originally been held here.
Chai with cinnamon was served after the lecture, and it was delicious.
Everyone's faces suddenly turned into smiles, and I remembered the chai shops in India.
Anyone who drinks sweet and savory things will finally feel full.
After that, we sang in chorus under the direction of Mr. Iino, and drank some tea!
I'm really glad I went.
Come on, let's get up and make chai and drink.
It warms up.
Dimbura is also waiting with chai ready.
