“Cultural Journal of Black Tea” by Yukio Haruyama (Heibonsha) It is Yukio Haruyama's "Black Tea Culture Magazine" (Heibonsha) published in 1991. This time (2013), it will be republished as a reprint in the "Heibonsha Library". 1991 was in the midst of the British boom in Japan, and afternoon tea was popular in tea salons and hotels. I also published my maiden work, "Tea Time no Sono Mae ni", and I was serializing a new black tea menu in Shibata Shoten's specialty magazine. This book explains the history and culture of the tea boom in an easy-to-understand manner for everyone. How many times have I read it over and used it as a reference in my book... It's one of my most important textbooks! This time, I will explain it at the end of the "Heibonsha Library" (tea culture magazine), which will appear as a new reprint. Today, it's raining from the morning, and I would like to write while remembering the late Dr. Haruyama. . . . .
