"Cultural History of Black Tea" by Yukio Haruyama, published by Heibonsha Library

"Cultural History of Black Tea" by Yukio Haruyama, published by Heibonsha Library Released on February 8th. It has been 22 years since it was published as a book in 1991. The historical content is easy to understand, and the culture and tradition are explained from the consumer's perspective. I think it's really wonderful that it will be newly published as Heibonsha Library this month and that tea fans will be able to pick it up. At the end of the book, I put a commentary titled "Cultural History of Tea: Towards the Future of Tea". I am very honored. This is the final word. . If the late Dr. Yukio Haruyama were to pick up this book and read it again, I am sure he would send the following message to the readers. “Tea is a drink all over the world, and history and culture are left behind all over the world. That is because everyone loves black tea and does not stop.” Takeshi Isobuchi
