Concept: From the rainy season to summer, the hot and humid season continues. In such a climate, I made a tea that feels pleasant green and cool for the body that tends to be sweaty and exhausted. Based on the refreshing greenish scent of Nuwara Eliya and the sharp, pleasantly stimulating astringent taste, we added Darjeeling from the Junpana tea garden, reminiscent of the scent of muscat and mint, to give it an accent. The light blue color of both Nuwara Eliya and Darjeeling is a pale orange yellow, so I added a little candy red to it to create a light blue that reminds me of summer mornings and sunsets.
As a result, the astringent taste is alleviated and it becomes a gentle and mild flavor.
