こんにちは！ ２０２４年９月２０日（金）２０時放送！ テレビ東京「所さんの学校では教えてくれないそこんトコロ！」に出演させて頂く事になりました。 紅茶屋がなぜ、所さんの学校では教えてくれないそこんトコロ！に出演させていただくのか不思議ですよね！ 簡単ですがご説明させていただきます。 紅茶専門店ディンブラがなぜ出演するのか 当店は、45年前に鎌倉で紅茶とワッフルのお店として開業いたしました。 ４５年間愛されたワッフルを焼く機械が6月に故障し、ワッフルメーカーを販売していた会社は既に無く、修理してくれる所がなく困り果ててSNSで助けを求めました。 当時のX投稿です。 みるみるうちにXでは投稿を拡散して下さり、皆さんから温かいアドバイスをいただきました。 誰か修理できる人いませんか？ 修理できる会社がなかったら、送ってください！とか…。 大袈裟ではなく、安堵の気持ちで涙が出そうになりました。 そんな中で、 テレビ東京「所さんの学校では教えてくれないそこんトコロ！」で修理するコーナーがあるので問合せしてみたら？という情報をいただきました。 あ！私も見たことがある！と思い出して、迷うことないく問合せをしてみました。 しばらくすると、修理してみましょうと連絡を頂きました。 「もしかしたら直るかおしれない！ワッフルメニューを続けることが出来るかもしれない!」と、希望を持ちました。 修理のため 、古いワッフルの機械をクロネコさんに渡したとき「修理出すの?直ると良いね！」と大切そうに抱えて運んでくださいました。 ディンブラの周りの方々も気にかけてくださっていました。 ワッフルメーカーの修理ができたのでテレビの撮影を行いますということで、...

こんばんは！ 少し遅くなりましたが、本日 6/2（日）より 新作の「紅茶濃厚クリームワッフル」が紅茶専門店ディンブラの 季節のワッフルメニューに登場致です！ お店でせっせと作った紅茶パウダーをふんだんにクリームに混ぜました。 紅茶のクリームと爽やかな自家製マンゴーのコンフィチュールで、 お口の中は夏の香りになります。 仕上げに、紅茶好きさんにはたまらない追い紅茶パウダーを トッピングしています。 どこまでも紅茶紅茶(^^; 今回使用している茶葉は、UVA（ウバ茶）になります。 ウバの深い風味もお楽しみくださいませ！ <おまけ> 本日ご飲食いただいたお客様に、紅茶濃厚クリームワッフルを もう一度食べたいから、まだ販売しますか？と、嬉しいご質問をいただきました！ 当店の特徴というのかなんというのか 季節物が突然新しいメニューに変更してしまう癖があります。 多くのお客様に言われて気が付きました(・_・;) 自分の中では、新作をメニューに出すと頭の中は次のメニューを考えていたり、 季節物のフルーツなどは突然農家さんでも消えたり…。 自分の中で突然でないことなのですが、少し反省をしてみたりしています。...
