Chai at Ruhuna in Dimbura, a tea specialty store

When it gets cold, I want to drink chai, but I also want to make it (≧∀≦)

This morning, as I posted on Instagram, I made chai (Indian milk tea) using Ruhuna from Dimbura, a tea specialty store!

My impression after making and drinking it was that it was sweet, fragrant, punchy, and very fragrant and delicious!

The current Ruhuna (BOP) at Dimbura, a tea specialty store, has a sweet scent and punch like burnt brown sugar.

Since it's BOP, you can simmer it in water for a long time!

When the tea leaves have fully opened, add pasteurized milk to the desired thickness. I'm impressed that Ruhuna has a good color!

I poured it into my favorite big cup ^ ^
