Ever since I was a little girl, I loved the soft meat boiled in black tea, which I called kochabuta.
I thought it was a luxurious side dish, but I found out that it's an easy dish when you're busy (laughs).
I'm going to make a black tea pig using a spice tea pack sold at the tea specialty store Dimbura (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
There are 3 servings, but put 1 bag in pork and plenty of water at a time.
When the water boils, a lot of lye will come out, so remove it cleanly.
A little bit of tea and spices are fragrant. The Spice Tea Pack on sale now has more tea leaves. This removes the fat from the meat and adds a hint of spice.
Boil without covering the pot for about 40 minutes. When the pork becomes tender, turn off the heat and allow the pork to cool in the pan. This will give you a moist finish.
At home, we serve tea bags with green onions and mustard soy sauce.
Pork feels sweet with a slight spice scent.
You can make it in the morning and keep it in the pot until you get home. (*^_^*)
At Dimbura, a tea specialty store, chicken rolls are boiled in tea spice packs to make chicken sandwiches.
New Year's food roll chicken is also easy if you have this.
