Next Sunday, February 21st, will be the 3rd anniversary of the death of my father, Takeshi Isobuchi.

Due to the corona virus this year, the temple refused to let me go to the grave, so I decided to have a special menu for one day only at the tea specialty shop Dimbura!

What do you like? I've been thinking about it.

It is an original cream shiratama zenzai from Dimbura, a black tea specialty store, topped with red bean paste, chewy shiratama, vanilla ice cream, and fruits, which were my father's favorites. It will be 1200 yen with black tea.

It will not be on the menu on the day, so it will be limited to customers who have read [ blog, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook ]. On the day, please order "set" (*'▽')

Also, I will give my father's favorite tea to customers who come to the tea specialty store Dimbura on the day, although it is a small gift. This is a thank you from my father and our staff at Dimbula Tea Shop.

I think my father will be very happy if you tell me about his memories.

3回忌となられるのですね。その間に藤沢からの移転もあり、激動の3年だったことでしょう。長年藤沢店に通わせていただいていたので、今でも藤沢店のところを通ると見上げてしまいます。新しい江ノ島のディンブラで頑張ってらっしゃるスタッフさん達の姿を、きっとお父様も目を細めて見ていらっしゃる気がします。
