From the tea specialty store Dimbura, the blended tea "Numb Chaimasu" exclusively for stewed milk tea will be released from February 2, 2023 (Thursday)!
This blended tea is perfect for hot and cold days.
This winter is extremely cold, so please try boiling the numbness chai masu in a pot and drinking it hot!
Until the birth of numb chai masu
This is the story of how “Shinumeru Chaimasu” was born.
I've been making prototypes for about a year.
It's been a really long road.
In winter, you want to drink tea to warm your body.
The tea specialty store Dimbula has blended teas that warm your body, such as masala tea, ginger tea, and pink lady.
However, I wanted a blended tea specifically for simmering that would not lose the aroma and taste of chai (stewed milk tea) in Japan, so I was researching.
A blended tea that is tangy and stimulating and will numb your mind, body and taste.
I think it's hard to understand what you want to say at all (laughs)
Now, I would like to introduce "numbness chai masu" specifically.
Introduction of Numb Chai Masu
The tea leaves are a blend of 5 types of Ceylon tea.
We blended spices such as red pepper, pepper, and Japanese pepper in it.
It is blended so that it does not become too spicy and even stewed milk tea has a refreshing aftertaste.
There is some numbness (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
Expected effects of numbness chai masu
Numbness chaimasu, which contains capsaicin and sanshool, promotes the excretion of cholesterol and waste products, strengthens the stomach, and has the effect of improving pain and sensitivity to cold.
Not only winter, but also summer may be good!
How to make numb chai masu
1 person (350cc)
①160cc of water
Put 2 heaping cups of numb chai in the pot
Vasa! Shush!
②Light the pan
③ Boil slowly until the tea leaves open and smell.
④ When the tea leaves open and the flavor comes out, add pasteurized milk.
Since there is less water after boiling, add milk until the desired color is achieved.
Roughly 350cc.
⑤ Stop the fire just before boiling and transfer to a vessel.
Try Numb Chai Masu
If you don't like sugar, I don't think you should overdo it, but I would like you to try adding some sweetness to your drink.
For some reason, when you add sweetness, the numbness increases!
It feels hotter than other stewed milk teas (chai), so it is better to drink it little by little at first.
I almost got burned when I drank it (laughs)
Please be careful.
When you finish drinking, your body will be warm.
Numbness chaimasu is blended exclusively for simmering, so please do not eat it with black tea. (with a strange request)
Well then!
