紅茶のテイスティングと私の感覚過敏

Tea tasting and my sensitivity

These days, when I import tea, I do the tasting again and again. It's a matter of course.

Actually, I was aiming for the UVA quality season with all my might.

I tried tasting UVA tea from several tea gardens, but I felt the menthol was harsh and gave me a headache and my body refused.

To put it bluntly, we stopped this year because we decided that even if we imported high-quality products, we couldn't brew them in-store and serve them to our customers.

Maybe, but I expected that I would get sick while I was pouring hot water into the pot after the order was placed.

Huh? what is that! You may think that, but that's what hypersensitivity is ^_^

I was born with a physical trait called hypersensitivity. I think I talked a little bit before, but there are many things that are very difficult to live. Not only the smell, but also the feeling of the socks makes me feel very uncomfortable.

The aroma of black tea is very delicate, so we can't offer the soup curry that was on the menu at the previous store. This is because the aroma of the tea is overshadowed by the spices. That said, curry is my favorite (*´-`)

The weather in Sri Lanka has been bad since last year. It's been raining for a long time, and the other day there was a death in the flood.

After a few days of sunny weather, you can make delicious tea, but it's been raining all the time, so it's a problem.

However, it is also lonely that there is no Uva, so I decided to have a factory in Sri Lanka make it. The astringency was a little strong the first time, so I made it a little less astringent. I can't wait to see what kind of Uba it will be.

Also, I really like Ruhuna (Sabaragamua), so this time I plan to include two types! I will let you know on my blog when it arrives.

It's not just tea, but everyone has their own preferences. I shouldn't say which is better or worse.

However, we would like to continue importing black teas that we can be satisfied with according to the situation at that time.

The good season of Dimbura is approaching at the beginning of the year! I just pray that the weather in Sri Lanka will improve.

Thank you for your continued support for the corona infection.
