In early March, I was interviewed for a special edition of Asahiya Publishing's magazine "Cafe Res", which my father was indebted to during his lifetime!
Asahiya Publishing Co., Ltd. and my father published a book together called "Technical Textbook for Black Tea & Arranged Tea".
I was interviewed as a special edition in the corner where Cafe Res lasted just before my father passed away.
I never thought that I would be interviewed by a professional magazine, so I was very nervous (--;)
There is also a photo of the face, but the face is stiff (laughs)
