Currently, we have 2 types of seasonal waffles at the tea specialty shop Dimbula!
✱Rum raisin waffle with homemade rum raisins
A lot of rum is used for the thick fresh cream!
Roughly chopped fragrant pistachios and vanilla ice cream go great with rum raisins (*^_^*)
Ruhuna goes very well with black tea, and if it's spiced tea, it goes well with masala tea or masala milk tea! !
✱Yokan waffles made with Iyokan from Ehime Prefecture
When I saw Iyokan in Ehime, it reminded me of my father, and I jumped at it and bought it, but the amount I made was too small (￣▽￣;)
So it's almost over (laughs)
The ice cream uses yogurt flavor, so it's pretty refreshing! !
Iyokan waffles will make you happy with the scent of Nuwara Eliya citrus (〃^▽^〃)
